STEAM-H debate. Does technology have the capacity to perfect the human species?

Gattaca (1997). Set in the near future, Gattaca shows us a society where genetic manipulation determines people's destiny. Scientific advances have made it possible to create “perfect humans”, relegating those born naturally to a life of discrimination and exclusion. The protagonist, Vincent Freeman, born without genetic modifications, defies this system to pursue his dream of travelling into space, facing prejudice and barriers imposed by technology and society. Don't miss it!
