On 15 June, the meeting took place “Museum digitisation: how to connect with audiences”.”, The aim was to discuss what digital transformation means and implies for museums and, subsequently, to draw up a roadmap based on projects to be developed within the scope of the Chair with teachers-researchers, students and professionals in the field of technology.
In itself, the Chair serves as a framework for the development of training, research and innovation programmes, focused on the possibilities that new technologies offer us to improve people's lives, achieve greater social welfare, support cultural progress, advance towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, in short, build more equitable, inclusive, educated and emancipated societies. We approach this work from the dual perspective of critical discussion and action through transformative projects.
